Susan Chadwick

Susan has a wide breath of property experience having been employed as a tenant representative, property consultant, property manager and valuer.  Having worked for both landlords and tenants she provides well rounded expertise to assist in tenancy negotiations.

Susan has worked for commercial real estate agencies, including Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank both in Australia and in the United Kingdom.  She has gained government experience having worked with the former St of St Kilda (now the City of Port Phillip) and the Melbourne Ports Corporation.  She has also worked for Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH), a major property owner in Europe.  In recent years, Susan has operated her own property consultancy business specialising in tenant representation and waste management.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) and is a member of both the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).  She also holds a NABERS Accreditation and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Susan is a fully licensed real estate agent and holds the position of Officer in Effective Control for Chadwick Property Consulting.
